Do You Ship Internationally?
You can register today for your selling account, by clicking "Sell on eFlipp" and follow the procedures which takes less than 5 minutes.
You start listing your products immediately after registering which will be reviewed in 24 hours and just like that your product will be made available to all potential buyers.

How and when will I get paid?
You will be paid after you request a withdrawal from your sale. Withdrawals are made available after order has been fulfilled.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We process payments with PayFast, an external payments platform that allows you to process transactions with a variety of payment methods. Funds from PayFast sales on eFlipp will be deposited into your Bank account upon your withdrawal.

Do I need an account to place an order?
You don't need an account to buy on eflipp but we'd recommend that you should open one to make your buying experience seamless.
How Do I Track My Order?
After your order, your payment will be processed and once it is out for delivery, you will receive and email or sms with tracking number which you can use to track your order from the appointed courier.
How Can I Return a Product?
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at admin@eflipp.com within 7 days of your purchase.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Please securely package the product to prevent damage during return shipping.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
