How can I become a Seller on eFlipp?
To become a seller on eFlipp, sign up for an account and follow the easy onboarding process. Once approved, you can list your products, set prices, and start reaching a broader audience.
Which courier should i use to make deliveries?
Sellers can utilize Pexi, Pudo, or Postnet, you can choose any of these courier services for your deliveries. Each of them offers reliable shipping solutions, and the decision can be based on factors such as cost, delivery speed, and coverage.
VIP Sellers:
VIP sellers on our platform, will be assigned to DSV, Uber and Pargo, for access to premium courier services. DSV, Uber and Pargo are trusted partners that offer specialized and efficient delivery options for VIP sellers, ensuring a high standard of service for both you and your customer.
Please securely package the product to prevent damage during return shipping.
How and when will I get paid?
You will be paid after you request a withdrawal from your sale. Withdrawals are made available after order has been fulfilled.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

How Do I Track My Order?
After your order, your payment will be processed and once it is out for delivery, you will receive and email or sms with tracking number which you can use to track your order from the appointed courier or on your account dashboard.
How Can I Return a Product?
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at admin@eflipp.com within 7 days of your purchase.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
