1. Payment Terms

1.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayFast, a secure online payment gateway. You may pay using various methods supported by PayFast, including credit/debit cards, EFT, and other online payment methods.

1.2 Payment Processing: Your payment will be processed immediately upon completing your order on eflipp.com. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed.

1.3 Currency: All transactions on eflipp.com are conducted in [Rand], and prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Returns and Refunds

2.1 Return Policy: We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the product(s) in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2.2 Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original and undamaged packaging.
• The return request must be made within 7 days of the date of purchase.
• The product must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

2.3 Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at admin@eflipp.com within 7 days of your purchase.
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• Please securely package the product to prevent damage during return shipping.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.

2.4 Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed in accordance with the following:

• If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost, if applicable.
• If the return is for reasons other than product defects or errors on our part, we will issue a refund for the product cost only, excluding shipping fees.
